Experiences,
not possessions.
At EcoTiny, we believe life is about experiences, not possessions.
We wanted to create a way for people to live lighter, closer to the earth, and more intentionally. That’s why we’re crafting spaces that allow you to strip back the excess and focus on what truly matters: connection, landscape, and freedom.
Every home that leaves our workshop is a reflection of that belief. We carefully select materials that respect the Australian environment and design systems that work in harmony with the elements. We put our own hands and hearts into every detail because we know that quality is what gives you peace of mind.
Meet the team
Bastien.
Originally from Belgium, Bastien moved to Australia and fell in love with the Northern Rivers region. That connection to place (the light, the landscape, the pace of life) shapes every decision behind Ecotiny.
A passionate carpenter by trade with an eye for detail and an extensive experience in the building industry, he brings a craftsman's rigour to every build. Nothing leaves the workshop without meeting his standard: honest materials, precise joinery, and spaces that feel both minimal and alive.
Ecotiny exists at the intersection of that craft and a belief that living smaller can mean living better: with less impact, more intention, and a home that truly belongs to its environment.
Ugo.
Meet Ugo, a Master Carpenter originally from France, whose expertise is built upon the foundation of the Compagnons du Devoir, widely considered the world’s top training institution for the craft.
With over seven years of dedicated experience as a Compagnon de France, he brings an unparalleled level of precision and technical mastery to our team. Ugo serves as the driving force behind our construction projects, where his meticulous attention to detail ensures that every home we build is crafted to the highest standard and designed to last for generations.
Always evolving.
Built to last.
Always Evolving
We believe that standing still is moving backward. Our team is constantly learning to refine our methods. We push ourselves to innovate so that every home we deliver is better than the last, ensuring you get the highest quality and the most thoughtful design possible.
Built for the Long Haul
To us, sustainability isn’t just a buzzword, it’s a commitment to longevity. We prioritise high-performance, sustainable materials because a house that lasts is the ultimate eco-friendly choice. We build for the Australian climate, ensuring your home is resilient enough to withstand the seasons of life while keeping your environmental footprint as small as possible.
Designed for Your Life
We focus on creating spaces that make you feel better, live healthier, and stay connected to your surroundings. From the way a room catches the light to the way the structure handles the heat, every detail is engineered for your comfort.
